Founding clubs
We are taking on a small number of founding clubs. Founding clubs help shape what gets built, pay less than the eventual price for the first two years, and get the founder building it rather than an account manager. In exchange we need a committee that will actually engage and tell us when something is wrong.
- You get the platform configured for your club, with your members imported.
- You get direct access to the person writing the code.
- You keep your data, in open formats, whether or not you continue.
- We need two hours a fortnight from someone on the committee.
What you are agreeing to, plainly
A pilot is not a discount on a finished product. You are getting something earlier than it would normally be sold, in exchange for telling us what is wrong with it. Some things will not work the first time. When that happens you will be talking to the person who can fix it that day, rather than raising a ticket.
What we commit to
- Your members imported and your club configured before you are asked to use it.
- A named price for the first two years, in writing, below the eventual list price, fixed for that period.
- Your data out in open formats at any point, including if you decide to stop.
- No charge at all until the club can actually be used by your members.
What we need from you
- Two hours a fortnight from someone on the committee.
- Honest feedback, including the kind that is uncomfortable to give.
- Permission to reference the club by name only if and when you are happy with it — never before.
