What it does

Two packages. Core is everything a committee needs to run the club properly. Premium adds the member engagement that gets people through the gate.

In build

Core is built and is what you will see in the demo. Premium is partly built and partly still being designed with our founding clubs, so treat it as the direction rather than a checklist you can hold us to today.

Core

The foundation: membership records and the roll, sign-in without passwords, the member directory, dues position, court and facility booking, events with RSVP, announcements, the admin console, your branding throughout, data-protection compliance and messaging over the channel members already read.

Premium

Everything in Core, plus guest passes and visitor management, committee governance and AGM voting, live facility availability, open-play partner matching, ladders and tournaments, engagement reporting on who has stopped coming, dining and the concierge, and deeper white-labelling.

What it does not do yet

  • It does not take payments. Dues positions are tracked; collecting the money online is the next thing we are building, and it is the reason there is no price on this site.
  • It is not running in production at any club. The demo is complete and clickable, and it stores what you do in your own browser.
  • There is no mobile app. Members use a browser, deliberately — an install step loses the ninety-year-old.
